This paper introduces the Coherence Recognition Framework, a model of consciousness that positions reality as a unified, ever-present field of intelligence. Rather than framing development as the attainment of higher states, it proposes that evolution reflects increasing coherence in how reality is recognized, integrated, and expressed.
